Free brief
Need routing only? Ask for a free brief. It recommends which engagement fits and what inputs are missing. It is not a professional opinion.
Send the address or APN, the intended use, and whether drawings exist. We reply with the engagement that fits: First Look at $2,495, Plans Estimate at $7,700, or Professional Feasibility at $14,900, or we say the parcel cannot be staffed.
Name the parcel, intended use, drawings yes or no, and which engagement you want. Synergy issues a fixed-fee engagement letter. Work starts when that letter is accepted and the files are in.
